Ian sets the strategy and direction for the company he founded in 2007, which uses a unique Product Delivery System (PDS) he conceived with the goal of producing predictable and repeatable outcomes. An Army veteran, he has more than 20 years of experience in the construction management industry, including serving as an Intel consultant and employee of Apple — helping to build the first U.S. Pentium III plant in Albuquerque, N.M. and the facility that produced the original iPod in Cupertino, Calif.
Ian earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University and is a Quality Control Manager, a master’s level certification bestowed by the Navy and U.S. Corps of Army Engineers. A collector of best practices, he enjoys using his expertise to create systems that reduce waste and rework — and thrives on the challenge of projects that are considered difficult. Ian enjoys a variety of pursuits outside of work, including swimming, sailing, golf, travel, cooking and riding his 1991 Harley. He and his wife have four rescued pets — a dog and three cats — and they love driving their 1929 Model A in local parades.
